There are moments in your professional journey when you look around and realize that the work you've been doing is beginning to open doors you once hoped would be possible.
I'm grateful to share one of those moments.
I've officially joined the speaker roster at Amplify Speakers, a national speakers bureau connecting organizations with keynote speakers who bring meaningful messages and practical value to the audiences they serve.
You can now view my official speaker profile at Amplify Speakers.
I'm excited about this opportunity, but what makes it meaningful to me goes beyond being represented by a national speakers bureau. It's another opportunity to carry a message I believe leaders need to hear.
Why Healthy Leadership Matters More Than Ever
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with leaders navigating some of the most demanding seasons of their lives.
Some were carrying the responsibility of leading teams through change. Others were managing growing expectations, difficult decisions, strained relationships, or the quiet exhaustion that can come from being the person everyone else depends on.
And one thing I've learned is that pressure has a way of revealing what's happening beneath the surface.
We often spend so much time helping leaders become more productive, more strategic, and more effective that we overlook an important question:
Are we helping them become healthier?
Because a leader can become more successful while becoming less healthy. Their responsibilities can grow faster than their ability to manage them. And when that happens, the consequences rarely remain personal.
They begin to show up in conversations, decisions, relationships, and eventually the culture of the organization.
That's why my work centers on helping leaders grow healthier and lead well under pressure.
Not simply by encouraging them to push harder, but by helping them recognize what pressure reveals and respond in ways that strengthen both their leadership and the people who depend on it.
Bringing This Message to More Organizations
Through my company, Total Harmony Leadership Solutions, I've had the privilege of delivering keynote presentations and leadership development experiences for organizations including Verizon Innovative Learning, Nashville International Airport, Active Release Techniques (ART), Kent State University, and the Ohio Crisis Intervention Team Conference.
Each audience is different. Each organization faces its own challenges.
But whether I'm speaking to executives, educators, healthcare professionals, or emerging leaders, the underlying responsibility remains the same.
People experience our leadership through more than the words we say. They experience it through the way we respond when things become difficult.
My flagship keynote, Leading Well Under Pressure, challenges leaders to examine what their responses to pressure reveal about their internal capacity, communication, relationships, and leadership habits.
Through my HEAL framework, participants learn four practical moves:
- Hold the Mirror: Recognize what pressure is revealing about your leadership.
- Examine Your Cup: Understand what you're carrying and how it affects the people around you.
- Align & Act: Make intentional changes that bring your actions into alignment with healthier leadership.
- Lead Well: Put those changes into practice in the moments that matter.
The goal isn't for people to leave a conference feeling inspired for a few hours and then return to the same patterns.
I want them to leave better equipped to recognize what needs attention and take meaningful steps toward change.
A New Chapter With Amplify Speakers
Joining Amplify Speakers creates an additional opportunity to bring this work to organizations across the country.
The bureau works with corporate event planners, associations, conference organizers, and other organizations looking for speakers who can connect with their audiences and contribute to the purpose of their events.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of their roster and look forward to the relationships and conversations that may develop through this partnership.
For me, this is another step in a much larger mission.
I believe we can develop leaders who are capable of producing meaningful results without continually sacrificing their well-being or passing unmanaged pressure on to the people they lead.
And I believe healthier leadership has the potential to strengthen more than individual leaders. It can change the experience of the people working alongside them.
That's work worth continuing.
Looking Ahead
As I continue speaking at leadership conferences, corporate events, association gatherings, and educational institutions, my commitment remains the same: helping leaders grow healthier, lead well under pressure, and build stronger cultures.
I'm thankful for the organizations that have already trusted me with their audiences, and I'm looking forward to the opportunities ahead.
If you're planning a leadership conference, corporate meeting, professional development event, or organizational retreat, I'd welcome the opportunity to explore how we can serve your audience.
